MitreBox was engaged by Interac’s digital agency of record to collaborate on a solution that offered both an optimized experience for site visitors, but was also flexible enough for the marketing team to manage rich content and expand the site over time.
Through a series of workshops, user research, and competitive analysis, MitreBox began to craft an extensible responsive architecture that would meet Interac’s immediate needs and their future vision. The team at MitreBox developed wireframes, functional specifications, and a responsive rapid prototype. Upon completion of the initial user experience, MitreBox conducted extensive rounds of usability testing on various elements of the interactive rapid prototype to help validate assumptions and ensure the solution exceeded customer and merchant expectations.
